Perched above the iconic cliffs of Bondi Beach, Pearl is brought to life by Central Element alongside MHNDU and Madeleine Blanchfield Architects. Comprising just seven residences across a rare oceanfront site on Sandridge Street, the project occupies one of Bondi’s most tightly held coastal pockets, while offering the rare advantage of uninterrupted views across the beach and direct access to the celebrated Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.

Drawing inspiration from the raw beauty of ocean and landscape, the brand reflects the project’s coastal setting and the architectural language of sculptural forms and natural materials. The name Pearl informed the brandmark, translating the idea of rarity and discovery into a refined visual identity tied closely to the project’s oceanfront location. For Pearl, we developed a suite of marketing materials showcasing the project’s architecture, coastal setting and design collaborators.
