Brought to life by Cera Stribley, the project introduces a boutique series of residences designed to capture light, outlook and connection to the surrounding coastal environment. Positioned within Brighton’s tightly held residential streets, the homes offer effortless access to Bay Street Village, Middle Brighton Station and the golden shoreline that defines the suburb’s enduring lifestyle appeal.

For New Brighton, our brand drew from the project’s bayside setting and the clarity of its architectural forms. A sophisticated palette and understated typography established a visual language that reflected the project’s contemporary character while remaining grounded in Brighton’s coastal identity. The New Brighton brandmark carried this idea through the campaign, shaping a cohesive presence across the project.
