An architectural statement within one of Melbourne’s most admired suburbs, Mansard introduces a boutique collection of residences designed by Carr in collaboration with Eckersley Garden Architecture. Set along Toorak Road in the prestigious Kooyong precinct, the development comprises just sixteen homes shaped by generous proportions, landscaped surrounds and a distinctive mansard roofline that references classical European architecture while responding to the character of the neighbourhood.

For Mansard, the brand translated the project’s defining architectural gesture into a clear visual identity. A striking blue colour palette paired with an abstract still life composition captured the geometry of the mansard roof and the reflective water features that welcome residents on arrival.
