Located along Rochester Road in the leafy streets of Canterbury, Magnolia presents a boutique collection of residences crafted for one of Melbourne’s most established neighbourhoods. Comprising just nine homes within a quiet residential setting, the project occupies a rare infill site while offering the advantage of being moments from Maling Road Village, Canterbury Station and the tree lined parklands that define the suburb’s enduring character.

For Magnolia, the brand took cues from the suburb’s garden character and the elegance associated with its namesake flowering tree. Soft tonal colours and refined typography established a visual language that reflected both the architectural detailing and Canterbury’s cultivated streetscape. The Magnolia animation was designed to capture this sense of natural beauty and understated sophistication across the project’s campaign and marketing collateral.
