Positioned beside the leafy expanse of Bellevue Park, Florian is brought to life by Chanine Developments alongside CDArchitects and Richards Stanisich. Comprising thirty-six sculptural residences across an elevated Bellevue Hill address, the project occupies a rare parkside setting while offering the advantage of sweeping outlooks toward Bondi and effortless access to the eastern suburbs’ beaches, villages and parklands.

Featuring a refined palette inspired by the building’s soft curves and layered facades, our brand drew from the sculptural architecture and lush landscaped setting. The name Florian informed the brandmark, reflecting both natural beauty and the cascading greenery woven throughout the design. For the project launch, we developed a suite of campaign materials including a bespoke animation capturing the project’s architectural form, landscape and elevated setting.
