Situated along the prestigious Victoria Parade foreshore, De Ville is brought to life by Wingala Capital and Equicentia alongside Platform Architects. Comprising just twelve residences across a boutique coastal address, the project occupies one of Manly’s most tightly held streets, while offering the rare advantage of being moments from both the ocean and harbour in a truly walkable beachside neighbourhood.

Drawing inspiration from the textures and tones of Manly’s shoreline, our brand responded to the project’s sculptural architecture and carefully crafted brick materiality. The name De Ville informed the brandmark, referencing the heritage building integrated within the development and its connection to the surrounding streetscape. Supporting the campaign launch, we produced a suite of marketing materials presenting the project’s architecture, coastal setting and design collaborators.
