Perched above the sands of Surfers Paradise, The Penthouse is a one-of-a-kind residence crafted by one of Australia’s most esteemed studios. Spanning two entire floors, it embodies a seamless fusion of elemental design and contemporary luxury, where stone, metal and glass interplay to capture the shifting light and rhythm of the coastline.

Our brand took cues from this sculptural form and beachfront setting, creating a shell still life to symbolise the connection between the ocean and the spiralling stone staircase at its heart. Pearlescent foils, metallic and silk paper stocks, black-foiled leather plan tubes and sunset-hued short pages elevate the tactile expression, evoking the ever-changing light of the sea. Together, these details reflect the refined craftsmanship and quiet grandeur that define The Penthouse.
