Perfectly located among the leafy streets and parklands of Rosanna, Bella Rose presents a carefully considered collection of family residences designed to sit naturally within their established neighbourhood. Brought to life by Sinclair Brook in collaboration with VIA Architects and John Patrick Landscape Architects, the project introduces twenty seven townhomes surrounded by mature trees and landscaped gardens, offering effortless access to Rosanna Village, local schools and the walking trails that shape this tightly held community.

Inspired by the project’s landscape-led approach, the brand explored themes of garden living and community. A natural colour palette paired with confident typography created a visual identity that reflected both the architectural language and Rosanna’s leafy character. The Bella Rose brandmark extended this idea throughout the campaign, establishing a cohesive presence across the project’s marketing materials.
